Why Kickboxing?
Kickboxing Aerobic classes are different from other aerobic classes in that the intensity and the impact are varied throughout the class. Alternate between high and low impact moves.
Besides keeping your body fit, kickboxing has tons of other benefits. According to a study by the ACE, you can burn anywhere from 350 to 450 calories an hour with kickboxing! Kickboxing also reduces and relieves stress.
Kickboxing is also a great way to get a total body workout while learning simple self-defense moves. Kickboxing fans say the sport helps them to feel more empowered and confident.
At our Center, the second half of the class is devoted to body shaping. After the cool down period, we present our students with a number of shaping exercises that are men to tone various parts of the body.
